Ingredients

  • Egg: 1
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Vanilla: a pinch
  • Milk: ½ cup
  • Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Flour: 1 cup
  • Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Blueberries: as desired

Instructions

Beat the egg, sugar, salt, and vanilla with a mixer for about 5 minutes.

Add the milk and oil and mix briefly.

Sift the flour and baking powder once, then add them to the mixture.

Add the blueberries and gently mix.

Heat a pan thoroughly.

Spoon portions of the batter into the pan and cover with a lid for a few minutes.

Make sure condensation does not drip from the lid into the pan.

Once one side becomes golden or light brown, flip the pancake and cook the other side.
