- Mixed ground beef and veal: 200 g
- Potatoes: 3 medium
- Onion: 1 medium
- Breadcrumbs: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder and onion powder: to taste
- Salt, pepper, turmeric: to taste
- Egg: 1
- Meat seasoning: optional, to taste

Grate the potatoes while raw.

Finely grate the onion.

Squeeze out and discard the excess liquid from the grated potatoes and onion.

Combine the ground meat, grated onion, grated potatoes, breadcrumbs, egg, and all seasonings. Mix well until fully blended.

Take portions of the mixture, shape them in your hands as desired, and fry both sides in hot oil until golden and fully cooked.
