Fry the hot dogs until lightly browned.

Spread some ketchup inside each hot dog bun, then place a hot dog in each bun.

Sauté the mushrooms with salt, pepper, and lemon juice until most of their moisture has evaporated. Add the sweetcorn and stir to combine, then mix in the mayonnaise.

Spoon the mushroom and sweetcorn mixture over the hot dogs, then top with mozzarella cheese.
