Ingredients
- Red bell pepper: 1
- Tomatoes: 4
- Onion: 1
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
- Salt, pepper, turmeric, pul biber (Aleppo pepper): to taste
- Chopped parsley: as desired
- Spaghetti: 500 g
- Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese: as desired
Instructions

Add the bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, garlic, tomato paste, and spices to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a pan with a little oil and cook until the excess liquid evaporates. Add the cooked spaghetti along with a little of its cooking water and mix well.

Garnish with chopped parsley and mozzarella cheese if desired.

Serve on its own or with fried or grilled chicken.
