Ingredients
- Mixed ground beef and veal: 500 g
- Thick yogurt: 1 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs: 2 tablespoons
- Onion: 1
- Salt, pepper, turmeric, pul biber (Aleppo pepper): to taste

Finely chop or grate the onion.

Mix the ground meat, onion, yogurt, breadcrumbs, and spices together. Knead well for about 10 minutes until fully combined.

Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap and shape it into a roulette. Place it in the freezer for 5–6 hours until firm.

Remove from the freezer, slice into thin pieces, and fry them in a pan until cooked and golden.
