Ingredients
- Potatoes: 6
- Zucchini: 3
- Onion: 1
- Parsley and dill: 1 tablespoon each
- Eggs: 3
- Oil: 5 tablespoons
- Flour: 5 tablespoons
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt, pepper, turmeric, pul biber (Aleppo pepper): to taste
- Parmesan cheese: as desired
Instructions

Grate the potatoes, zucchini, and onion, then squeeze out all excess liquid.

Add the parsley and dill and mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, flour, baking powder, Parmesan cheese, and spices. Add this mixture to the vegetables and combine thoroughly.

Spread the mixture evenly onto a greased parchment-lined baking tray or dish.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40–45 minutes.

You can also fry the mixture in a pan instead of baking it.
