Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 1
- Spinach: 500 g
- Onion: 1
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Mushrooms: 15
- Cream cheese: 1 tablespoon
- Cream: 1 tablespoon
- Butter: 50 g
- Milk: 1½ cups
- Mozzarella (pizza cheese): as desired
- Salt, pepper, turmeric: to taste
Instructions

Cut the chicken into your desired pieces (preferably strips or fillets) and season with salt, pepper, and turmeric. Fry on both sides until lightly browned.

Remove the chicken from the pan. In the same pan, sauté the sliced onion with salt, pepper, and turmeric.

Add the garlic and sauté briefly.

Add the spinach and cook until its moisture evaporates, then add the sliced mushrooms and sauté.

Add the cream, cream cheese, and butter, and mix well.

Place the chicken pieces back into the pan and add the milk.

Once the chicken is fully cooked, add the mozzarella cheese and let it melt—either in the oven or on the stovetop.
