Ingredients
- Puff pastry: 1 pack
- Melted butter: 50 g
- Cream: 1 pack
- Cream cheese: 1 pack
- Sugar or powdered sugar: as desired
- Ground pistachios: as desired
Instructions

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into your desired rectangular shapes. Place them on parchment paper with space between each piece.

Brush the surface of the pastry with melted butter.

Bake according to the package instructions (usually 180°C / 356°F for about 20 minutes).

Mix the cream, cream cheese, and sugar (or powdered sugar) until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little milk to thin it.

Slice each baked pastry rectangle in half horizontally and spread the cream mixture between the layers.

Spread a little cream mixture on top of the pastry as well.

Crush any extra pastry pieces into crumbs and sprinkle them over the top along with ground pistachios.
