Ingredients
- Potatoes: 5–6 large
- Eggs: 2
- Chicken breast: ½
- Onion: 1
- Carrot: 1
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Pickles: 10
- Green peas: 1 cup
- Mayonnaise: 500 ml
- Lemon juice: 4–5 tablespoons
- Salt, pepper, turmeric: to taste

Boil the potatoes and eggs until fully cooked.

Cook the chicken with salt, pepper, turmeric, onion, garlic, and carrot.

Once the potatoes have cooled, peel and mash them.

Peel the eggs and grate them into the potatoes.

Shred the cooked chicken and add it to the mixture.

Chop the pickles and add them.

Add salt, lemon juice, and mayonnaise, then mix well.
