Ingredients
- Onion: 1
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Spinach: 500 g
- Mushrooms: 12
- Cream cheese: 1 tablespoon
- Cream: 1 tablespoon
- Milk: 1½ cups
- Pasta: 500 g
- Parsley: as desired
- Parmesan cheese: as desired
- Salt, pepper, turmeric: to taste
- Butter : 50 g
Instructions

Slice the onion into thin strips and sauté it with salt, pepper, and turmeric.

Crush the garlic and lightly sauté it.

Add the spinach and cook until all the moisture has evaporated, then add the sliced mushrooms and sauté.

Once the mushrooms release and evaporate their moisture, add the butter, cream and cream cheese.

Add the cooked pasta along with the milk and gently mix everything together.

Finish by adding parsley and Parmesan cheese.
