Ingredients
- Mixed ground beef and veal: 200 g
- Onion: 1
- Bell pepper: 1
- Mushrooms: 12
- Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
- Potatoes: 2
- Salt, pepper, turmeric: to taste
- Garlic powder: a little, optional
- Meat seasoning: optional
- Cinnamon: a pinch
Instructions

Dice the potatoes and fry them with salt, pepper, and turmeric until golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Finely chop the onion and sauté it in the same pan with salt, pepper, and turmeric.

Add the ground meat and stir well with the onions. Add garlic powder, cinnamon, and meat seasoning, and cook until fully browned.

Dice the bell pepper, add it to the mixture, and sauté.

Add the tomato paste and sauté for about 5 minutes.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until their moisture evaporates then add the fried potatoes and gently mix everything together.
