- Green peas: ½ cup
- Corn: ½ cup
- Mushrooms: 15
- Salt, pepper, turmeric: to taste
- Milk: 1 cup
- Butter: 50 g
- Parmesan cheese: as desired
- Mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend: as desired
- Garlic powder and onion powder: as desired
Instructions

Cut the potatoes into large cubes and sauté them lightly with salt, pepper, and turmeric.

Add the steamed cauliflower and broccoli, and sauté briefly.

Add the cooked corn and peas along with the mushrooms and garlic and onion powder and sauté briefly.

Add the milk and butter.
