Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 1
- Sour pomegranate paste: 1 tablespoon
- Sweet-and-sour plum paste: 1 tablespoon
- Onion: 1 small
- Chopped walnuts: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Aromatic herbs: Choochagh, Marzeh (savory), mint, and Kot-kuteh
- Salt, pepper, turmeric: to taste
- Oil: a little

Cut the chicken into small cubes.

Add the finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, pomegranate paste, plum paste, walnuts, aromatic herbs, salt, pepper, turmeric, and a little oil. Mix everything well.

Let the chicken marinate in the mixture for about 2 hours.

Then place the chicken in a pan, cover with a lid, and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and the liquid has reduced.
