Ingredients
- Mixed ground beef and veal: 200 g
- Onions: 2
- Mushrooms: 15
- Bell pepper: 1
- Tomato paste: 1 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs: 1 tablespoon
- Salt, pepper, turmeric: to taste
- Meat seasoning: optional
- Potatoes: 2
- Butter: 50 g
- Milk: ½ cup
Instructions
Mix the ground meat with one finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, turmeric, Meat seasoning, and breadcrumbs. Knead for about 10 minutes, then shape into mini burger patties.
Lightly fry the mini burgers in a pan, then remove and set aside.
Slice the remaining onion into thin strips and sauté it with salt, pepper, and turmeric.
Slice the bell pepper into strips, add to the onions, and sauté.
Add the mushrooms and sauté until their moisture evaporates.
Add the tomato paste and sauté for about 5 minutes.
Add a little water and return the mini burgers to the pan. Let everything cook together over heat for about 10 minutes.
Boil the potatoes, then mash them. Mix over low heat with salt, pepper, butter, and milk until smooth and creamy.
